Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return or replacement policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back to one of our warehouses with a tracking number, in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please do not order multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them. If you need help choosing the right size, contact us at support@norblim.com.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that time, the order is already processed and cannot be canceled.

 

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

 

* Norblim does not cover the shipping cost for returned products. The customer must pay any shipping fees.

* Any order that has triggered a replacement or exchange is no longer eligible for a refund
